"Cristina was very helpful today! My mom’s car needed a tow truck to where we’d have to wait approximately 2 hrs for one. With Cristina’s assistance, we received a tow truck that arrived within 20 minutes! Granted our situation, Cristina definitely made our experience a whole lot better. She was very professional and even checked in on us to make sure everything went well. That kind of customer service deserves recognition!"

"I had the agonizing & traumatic experience of being in a bad accident that I have been found liable for. My previous driving record is excellent and this is the only accident I have caused in 58 years of driving! Because my car was totaled, I opted to cancel my insurance until I was ready to drive again (which was 3 months). I was told by Kendra that I would be able to reinstate my coverage and to call 3 days before I would get my next car. I did exactly this and was then told (by someone else in the office) that they would no longer cover me. After speaking to a high-risk auto broker today (who shall go unnamed) I was told that this agent "threw me under the bus" and I should have been counseled to MAINTAIN my policy and NOT cancel it when I did. Insurance is a LOUSY business. They want your money but aren't there for you when you need them the most."
